From the deep murky fog, a decrepid hand rises and begins to tap. Tap. Tap. The tapping doesn't grow louder, but it persists. First, for a few minutes, then minutes turn to hours, hours turn to a sleepless night, and yet the tapping continues.
This nocturnal tappity-tap-tap can only mean that the Chaddock family is again trying to put something about their family online. Our efforts to publish something on the web seem to coincide with the eminent arrival of a baby in our family, and so it happens again.
We are very excited to find out if we are having a brave or a squaw, and we'll get the news this Friday at an ultrasound appointment. Ashley is betting on a girl, even William seems to admit that it's a girl (I think he's copying his sister's opinion, since he only seems to able to share his opinion after she gets hers in first), although Mom is leaning on it being a boy. I'm going to reserve picking, either way, this kid upsets the balance of boys v. girls, righties v. lefties, and so on, so I think that's enough pressure on the little tyke.
Good bye for now.
